Who we are

Using these terms

1.1 These terms apply to our website, our WhatsApp catalogue, our quotes and every project we do.

1.2 If you sign a Master Services Agreement or a scope sheet, those documents come first. These terms fill the gaps.

1.3 By paying a deposit or approving a quote, you accept these terms.

Our services

2.1 We provide logo and graphic design, branding, packaging, websites, apps and systems, video, and digital marketing. Each is described in our rate card and in your quote.

2.2 Prices on the website and in the catalogue are "from" prices. We confirm the exact price on WhatsApp once the brief is clear. A price is only fixed when we send a quote and you accept it.

2.3 Catalogue offers are for a limited time and for clients in Zimbabwe unless stated. We may change or end an offer at any time. An accepted quote keeps its price until it expires.

Quotes, payment and delivery

3.1 Quotes are in US dollars and stay valid for 14 days.

3.2 Projects of $80 or more need a 50% deposit. Jobs under $80 are paid in full upfront. Monthly services are billed a month in advance.

3.3 Invoices are due in 7 days. We pause work on overdue invoices.

3.4 First delivery is within 48 hours of an approved brief and your deposit. Small graphics are usually the same day.

3.5 Two rounds of revisions are included. Extra work is quoted first.

3.6 Final files are released after the final payment clears.

Your rights in the work

4.1 When you have paid in full, you own the final approved work we made for you.

4.2 We keep our tools, templates, code libraries and software products, and give you a licence to use what we build for you.

4.3 We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.

Your responsibilities

5.1 Give us accurate information and materials you have the right to use.

5.2 Give feedback within 3 working days. Projects silent for 14 days are paused.

5.3 Do not use our work to break the law, to mislead people, or to harm others.

Refunds and cancellation

6.1 Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Our website

7.1 The content of bikographics.co.zw belongs to Bikographics. Do not copy our text, logo or designs without asking.

7.2 We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will never have errors or downtime.

7.3 Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites.

Limits on our responsibility

8.1 We are responsible for our own mistakes, up to the amount you paid us for the project in the last 12 months.

8.2 We do not promise particular business results, such as sales or followers.

8.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as power cuts, internet failures, platform outages or payment delays.

8.4 Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Privacy

9.1 How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

10.1 We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a project you have already started.

Law and disputes

11.1 The laws of Zimbabwe apply.

11.2 We try to settle problems by talking first, then mediation, then the courts of Harare.
