Who is responsible

Bikographics, a trading name of Bikoretcode Investments (Pvt) Ltd, Harare, Zimbabwe, is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at munashe@bikographics.co.zw or on WhatsApp at +263 78 773 1440.

What we collect

1.1 What you tell us: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, address, and the details of your project and brief.

1.2 What you send us: logos, photos, text, footage, and passwords or access we need to do the work.

1.3 Payment details: the fact and amount of a payment, the method, and a reference. We do not store card numbers.

1.4 WhatsApp messages: our conversations with you, including files.

1.5 Website data: basic technical information, such as pages visited and device type, if we use analytics. We keep this to a minimum.

Why we use it

2.1 To reply to you, quote, and do the work you asked for.

2.2 To invoice you, take payment, and keep financial records.

2.3 To support you after delivery.

2.4 To improve our services and show our work, with your permission.

2.5 To follow the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

3.1 Our team and freelancers who work on your project, under a confidentiality promise.

3.2 Service providers we use, such as hosting, payment, WhatsApp and design tools.

3.3 Accountants and advisers, when they need it.

3.4 Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some providers store information in other countries. When they do, we choose providers that protect it properly.

How long we keep it

4.1 Project files: 12 months after delivery, so we can support you.

4.2 Invoices and payment records: as long as the law requires for financial records.

4.3 Messages: for the length of the project and a reasonable time after.

4.4 After that, we delete or anonymise the information.

How we protect it

5.1 We use strong passwords, two-step sign-in where offered, and cloud backups.

5.2 We give access only to people who need it.

5.3 If we ever find a serious problem that affects your information, we tell you promptly and say what we are doing about it.

Your rights

6.1 You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you.

6.2 You may ask us to correct it, or to delete it, unless the law says we must keep it.

6.3 You may ask us to stop using it for marketing at any time.

6.4 To do any of this, message us. We reply within 14 days.

Your client's information

7.1 If you give us personal information about your own customers, for example for a CRM, point-of-sale system or WhatsApp bot, you are responsible for having the right to share it. We use it only to build and support your system.

Cookies and analytics

8.1 Our website uses very little tracking. We load Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel only if you accept cookies in the notice on the site. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.

8.2 We also keep a simple count of which pages bring visitors, grouped by where they came from (for example Facebook, Google or a link we shared). This does not include your name or contact details.

Email updates

12.1 If you join our email list, or tick the box on a form, we send you updates, tips and offers. We record when and how you agreed.

12.2 Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also message us and we remove you.

Comments, reviews and social media

13.1 Comments and reviews you submit on this website are checked before they appear. We show your name and message, never your email address.

13.2 If you comment on or message our Facebook or Instagram pages, we may read and reply to it from our website admin. Meta's own privacy policy applies to those platforms.

Online payments

14.1 If you pay online, the payment is handled by Paynow (EcoCash, InnBucks, cards). Paynow collects your payment details on its own page. We receive only the fact and amount of the payment and a reference.

Children

9.1 We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

10.1 We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

The law

11.1 We handle personal information in line with the laws of Zimbabwe, including data protection law. Where a client's country has stricter rules that apply to the work, we follow them too.
